If you need a transport chair buy the NOVA Comet 352.
It has great brakes, great looks, and even has reflectors on the handles. It folds easily, and is comfortable. I did add the storage bag for the back of the chair... it totes my water, tablet, paperwork, etc. while pushing mom or dad. I did also purchase a Drive Med. item 14886 gel seat cushion that takes this chair over the top. The chair is nice without the cushion but the cushion makes it really comfortable.
The static electricity I got at Duke- Raleigh... I have not gotten those shocks anywhere else yet.

Excellent chair! The folks at Duke-Raleigh Radiation treatment facility loved it too. There are many positives about this chair.
Really satisfied with it.
The locks on the handles of the chair forces the person pushing it to always lock it even if the one in the wheelchair forgets to
The seatbelt is very hard to open and close

I am a retired physiatrist with many years of experience in rehab. My wife has had Parkinson's for 15 years. We tried many chairs.
Well built, sturdy, solid. Highly recommend
Sturdiness/construction; functionality (e.g., arm swings back for sliding transfer); love the straps on footrests
Posts on foot rests are a bit high and can be difficult at times to lift foot over

Woman, age 82, 240lb. Spinal Stenosis, arthritis's, neuropathy, diabetic, 2 heart aches, 1 stroke. Walks around the house, but going to and from place
Ease of use
Removeable desk arms, removeable leg extentions, large rear wheel/smaller front, easy to use and set up, lightbweight.
Too wide and tall. No leg strap to prevent legs from going between extentions and touching floor, should be safety standard - need additional size options for this model

Perfect for the job!
It is light weight, easy to clean and easy to use.
Have not encountered any weaknesses.

I purchased this for my 91 year old father-in-law to use everyday at the dinner table and for doctor's appointments. It is light enough for me to pick
