Genesis 400 Hydraulic: Review
I would not be able to pick my grandson up from the floor without it.
The pumping takes some time.

Excellent product for the money
Design is simple but functional. Compact design fits in smaller areas.
Battery charging function is not appropriate for the cost of this product. Needs to be improved to ensure the battery isn't damaged from overcharging. If the battery pack fails, there is no backup way to move the patient.

Genesis 400 Hydraulic: Review
Appears to be well made.
The pump lifts very little at a time. Takes lots of strokes! Six of us could not figure out the sling using the tiny picture instructions. I went on line and figured it out. But with the suggested sling, she sits way too upright....like a sitting position!

Exactly what I expected
I talked to your rep. on the phone, and what he recommended was perfect. It’s very easy to store. Being able to convert it to electric without the need of buying a new lift.
Have not found any. Thanks to your rep. It was exactly what he said it would be. There were no surprises

Frequent falls.
It is very versatile but sturdy.
It can be taken apart to transport when we visit hotels or vacation spots. It allows us more freedom to go and enjoy.
To this point I have found no weaknesses in the Genesis 400.

My wife is a 70 yr old with MS who has no use of her legs. We like to travel and we can take the Genesis 400 with us so I can move her.
Best price, but has not limited the quality or effectiveness
Price, and free shipping. Ease of assembly. Ability to fit under bed or chairs.
Storage concerns when fully assembled, due to size.
