Not what I expected
Has good controls and a lot of good levels
Fabric soils easily, does not support the lower back well runs small, I would have liked a large better.

Uncomfortable for sleeping
Two independent motors, rising seat, zero gravity, horizontal & Trendelenburg positions available! Feet support and back of the recliner move independently from each other.
No good if you intend to sleep in it. The arms are too narrow, and they disappear and are too short when the relaxer goes to a horizongal position. Also needs more stuffing.

seat is too high from floor, and the seat is too deep for me.(I'm 5'1 1/2") Also the arms are shaped and padded incorrectly for me to be able to adjust my position on seat myself

control too confusing
quality of fabric; variety of chair positions; shipping time
does not assist with independent living if user can't operate the remote

Good quality, not so comfortable
Seems to be well-made. Company has good reputation. Multi-positioning.
the back cushioning and seat are uncomfortable for me. The back seems low, and the head cushion section hits too high on my head. I end up with a stiff neck and headaches. Plus, they're too firm (hard, actually), as is the foot rest. And the seat is supposed to be wide and deep.. sure didn't feel that way to me.

quality is disappointing
better than nothing. The chair is nice looking.
Chair is wobbly and feels frail. Must plug in to wall or you have the controls on using electricty. Should have on off swith on controls The heat and wave only cover the lower back should enclude butt and the showder or upper legs.

Seat too tall. The large model too narrow. The back covering of the chair is unattractive. The power cord is tied up in a position that requires a caregiver to get on hands and knees and crawl into rear of chair to cut the tie. Lastly, I was told the chair would come in 2 pieces, not true, it came assembled, weighed around 145 lbs and the width at the arms was 35 inches. Absolutely no way one person could get the chair into a house and secondly since most interior home doors are 32 inches how are you supposed to get the thing into the room so you need 2 people, the hair has to be laid on its side and negotiated through the door. Most people taking delivery of this thing will tend to be elderly making the whole process daunting. I am fortunate in that I have 2 48 inch openings in my dining area so I had an alternate route. I get the feeling that none of your designers has ever actually tried to get one of your chairs into a house. My chair arrived damaged, scuffed on one arm and when I reported it the people were very nice and accomodating in terms of accepting a return but then told me they would dhip me a box to repack the chair. The original pachaging consited of a 3 part box, base , shell and lid, (the base of the original packing got damaged by me getting the chair off it) and the replacement was a single collapsed cardboard container and I dont know how anybody expected a customer to get the thing back into the expanded container, it took me and 2 other people to do it and then we had to tape the thing together. all in all a ridiculous experience however the staff at spinlife were extremely pleasant and helpful to the best of their responsibility
