Quality, ease of use, appearance. Chair is very helpful. Wish I had had it years ago.

heat feature lower temperature than I would like. White Glove delivery definitely mediocre. Delivery men spoke little English, initially set chair up uneven. I had to really beg to get chair straight and to have them find the hand control . They insisted there was none! The service was poor.
