Excellent product!
90 to 180 degrees range ... one level may not relieve pain, but, usually the next level does the job.
No weaknesses.

My Wife is 54yrs old and she Has MS, and cannot get around without help. Holding her head up wears her out.
This chair met my expectations.
The ease at which the relining mechanism works.
The wheel brakes are hard to move. The user can't undo them so easy but the care giver has to really push on the handle to release or activate them.

The chair was bought for my mother who is 93 years old and living in a nursing home. She has dementia and spends most of her day in the chair.
We are impressed with the overall quality.
It is very easy to use the reclining function. The seat and back are very comfortable and the chair maneuvers very well in small places. It is very sturdy but not bulky.
We have not found any shortcomings..this chair suits our purposes very well.
