Comfortable and makes life easier
Easy to use. Comfortable.
Head rest cover is a nuisance- it falls off continuously.
mark p. from indianola, wa
53 year old 5'11" 185 lb man with neurological disease Spinocerebellar Ataxia 3
Comfortable but very difficult to use remote.
Nice looking, not too big
Very difficult and confusing remote. English instead of squiggly lines much more appropriate for age of users. Even our young find it difficult to understand.

The chair was great but my mother was not comfortable in it.
Appearance and easy to use.
No weaknesses. It just didn't work for my mother.
patricia b. from los angeles, ca (caregiver)

Nice chair
Comfy and so quiet
The light stays on for the remote. That bothers my mom a little.

A friend just bought the same one after trying mine.
It looks like a living room piece. Its is also sturdy and comfortable.
You should be able to turn off the lighted controller without pulling the plug.

The Heritage chair meets the need for which it was selected.
The chair does provide the assistance as advertised.
I ordered the "white glove" service and this was a disappointment. The service states, "test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly,"but the delivery men did not know how to operate the chair, so it couldn't be tested for functionality.
donna c. from chestnut ridge, ny (caregiver)
The end user of the chair is a 95 year old woman with severe mobility issues due to advanced arthritis, particularly in her knees.

Able to customize exactly what you want, sizes available
Mine is being replaced because of problems with "clicking" for more than 3 weeks. I wish I had known that leather would be hard to sit in when it was in the up position, in order to ride it down without slipping to the front.
naomi p. from warren, oh
