Good mix of both needs.
Good combination of front leg stability and pressure relief.
Foam does wear out after a 16-18 months, that is my only complaint.
ethan r. from weston, ct
30 year old male T6 complete SCI, active.
Product is as good as represented.
Good pressure relief while still allowing easier transfers.
The pressure relief is "probably" not as great as with a regular ROHO cushion since the air baffles are smaller.
robert d. from grand rapids, mi
60 year old paraplegic with pressure ulcer on left inschium.
Excellent overall seating product.
Awesome support and comfort in the ride. It got rid of my pressure sores after a week!! It has a nice light-weight design and is easy to clean..
The major weaknesses would be the frequency with which you have to keep pumping air into it and the air cushion coils don't feel very strong because I am always afraid of tearing the air insert when I get out of my chair.
ralph s. from greeley, co
33 yr old male with cp and a long history of skin break down in the seat and rear leg areas.
I would recommend it if the air pressure stayed more...
It is great for overall pressure. It provides stability to transfer onto and keeps my legs stationary.

I'm a little concerned about this product because the cell inset keeps losing air. It seems we have to pump more air into it every two days.
Excellent cushion. Comfort for the whole day in chair.
Skin breakdown on tailbone healed and has not returned with use of the 'Nexus Spirit Air Wheelchair Cushion.' Air inflation adjustability is easy.
None.
