Well made, collapsible back and locking mechanism for transport. Very sturdy. Handy basket for outings.

The last walker (same as this one) was used by the fire dept to move my husband across the carpet. It wrecked the brakes and caused the wheels to loosen. I had to keep screwing it together. I know they should not have used it like that but I couldn't stop them. My husband weighed 380 at the time.

Much narrower wheelbase for such a tall Rollator. The damage to my original Nova came from my brake cables getting caught on EVERYTHING, as well as not fitting through doorways, and damaging door frames. This smaller width, while still having a wide enough seat was my primary consideration in purchasing this model. Second, the lg soft wheels were important to protect my floors. I'd considered a much less expensive model but it had metal wheels I couldn't see using on wood floors. It is also lighter to put into a car, and the seat height is higher from the ground, fitting my height better and not straining my hip.

The only drawback is the flimsy backrest. I avoid leaning against it.

Compact and durable.

At times, when walking if I am wearing a long dress or robe, it will fall over the wheel and get caught.

The product has a strong frame and the basket is a nice addition. We purchased a cup holder which is a good add on. The hand-brakes provide a safety feature on this rollator.

I am not sure that there are any weaknesses on the item itself. I do, however, feel it is overpriced but were convinced by the salesman that it was a worthwhile purchase.
