The user manual: The diagrams are too small and faint to be legible, so I had to figure out the controls through trial and error.

That there is the option to purchase the wider golf wheels and tires when using on unpaved terrain.

That this particular device only had one color, would have preferred a Blue one. (It's really not a weakness, I can't really find any weakness just a preference.)

Had difficulty receiving the appropriate accessories along with this scooter, but it got sorted out eventually.

Sturdy, two speeds are great (fast speed was surprising), easy to use.

Seat won't lock in place when it swivels, which can be scary if you cannot stand at all. Seat is not level with my wheelchair, so it's a must to have someone stand there for transferring. I will figure something out though. Despite this, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
