I had a revision of a knee replacement an rather than lug the single bed down to the family room, we decided to buy the cloud to sleep on.
Chair is comfortable, but end user gets confused with...
Comfort and power features are great. Fabric is very nice, soft.
Controller could be easier to keep track of. Maybe a way to secure it to the arm.

Male, 81 years old. Has many back problems and recently had open heart surgery.
There is not enough padding in the head reat area and if...
It is great for handicapped people to be lifted up.
I find it difficult to find the controller on the side of the chair.

My husband and my self, I am the wife of Gary.
It is about as much as could be expected for its price.
It does more than a recliner while being affordable.
It is built for marketing at the expense of comfort.

Comfort
The heat/massage element was a waste of money. Does not get very warm and the massage is just buzzing

Not quite what I expected
It is adjustable to just about any position.
No lumbar support. The older version had a more usable remote. Cloth covering seems to generate heat.

No disability, just wanted an infinity adjustable lounge chair.
some simple connect and disconnect fixes would make it...
Comfortable, firm, unlimited positions, optional heat and vibration massage.
The controls are not user friendly for my mother because of her limited mobility. 1. If the cord on the chair control was about 18" longer she could put it on the side table and not have to worry about calling me to retrieve it from the floor. 2. The plug hookup for second control (heat and vibration) is very hard for her to hook up with her failing eye sight because the connections are small and not a standard type. (3) If everything needs to be unplugged when not in use the manufacturer should take into consideration the physical limitations of the class of users who would need to connect and disconnect the controls. (4) When we were hooking it up one of the connections was unnecessarily far up under the seat of the chair and almost to the front of it. It took 45 minutes for 3 of us to find it. The other one was easy locate at the back and the bottom of the frame. 5. It would have been a nice touch to get 2 arm protectors in addition to the one for the head.

Seating area needs to be deeper and softer.
