Have only used chair for a week.
Zero gravity position. Seems to be sturdy. Remote is easy to understand and use. Lift makes it easy to exit chair.
Not enough back-padding to properly posture and support the mid back and lumbar; consequently while sitting or reclining there is outward bowing of the back which causes lower back pain. Positioning motors seem a little wimpy and slow. Vibration is a little weak; and the duration is too short.

74 year old man, 6' 2" tall and weighs 275 pounds, with severe arthritis in both knees and back.
Worth the price.
Will do everything and is wide enough.
The fabric (free) is uncomfortable on the hands. Had to cover arms with another fabric
phillip s. from clyde, tx
70 year old disabled veteran, like the chair.
Disappointed with comfort of chair
Different positions

The footrest needs more padding.
Overall chair stability and seat comfort. Fabulous!
Not enough padding in the footrest. Disappointing.

I am an individual with multiple conditions ranging from muscular dystrophy to systemmic sarcoidosis as well as 12 others.
Chair does what it's supposed to but could be more...
Weight limit high enough for a very large person.
The seat is not deep enough for comfort. Also, the arm rests need to be higher to truly support the arms.
jacqueline p. from bethesda, oh
Severe arthritis in knees and spine.
Very good chair, does all I would expect of it.
Does all it was claimed to do very comfortable.
Price.

96 year old dementia patient who is unable to walk and has arthritis.
Last chair was better quality
That infinite positioning that is available
I have used the chair 11 days the controller has quit working now I cannot move the chair the old one lasted two years
bill k. from lovington, nm
Age 74 Extremely bad back
It is ok, every person is different.
The fact that the chair is made in several sizes makes it stand out over a chair from a "big name" furniture store.
Weakness... well, no two users are the same. There is no way to adjust the cushions to suit the user's comfort. Actually no chair does, they are either too soft, too hard or just right.
thomas h. from pomona, ny
The user is a 66 year old male, 6' 2" tall, 320 lbs who has back and knee issues.
At this point it's providing everything he needs for...
It provides him with secure assistance and comfort in all positions
None thus far
bill l. from crestwood, il (caregiver)
Age 84 6'3" 275 lbs. arthritic knee's, poor vision. He is very pleased with the assistance the PR505 chair provides thus far.
Would buy again if needed.
Material appears very durable. I have the admiral blue.
Having to remember using the control to get up or out of the chair. Different from a flip back recliner. Can get used to.
dale c. from independence, mo
I use it to sleep, I can adjust it to where I am comfortable. I suffer from emphysema, and osteoporosis. Like the lumbar support.
