Looks great in my bedroom and is very comfortable.
Very simple to operate and does s great job of standing me up so I can just walk out of chair.
My previous electronic recliner without power lift had wider arms that I liked better.

70 year old overweight female with chronic lower back and right hip problems resulting in severe pain especially getting out of a chair.
Great Product and would recommend.
The chair came all together. Just had to hook the electric to the motor and the massager and then the wall socket. It seems to be studer then the previous chair we purchased. It has wood and metal. The wood does not touch the floor when it is down or up. Since my husband is permanently handicap and sits all the time, the massager is a great feature. It helps circulate his bottom and helps with the stiffness he has in his back, legs, arms. So far we love this chair.
None right now.

Avoid buying this lift chair. It's not comfortable at all
There is none. I can't get my feet higher than my heart so no relief from swollen feet. The fabric is itchy. I had to buy a small chair to get the width i need in the seat. I want my money back and i should not have to pay to return it.
The problem with the chair is it's just plain uncomfortable. I wanted a soft, wide large size chair what i was forced to order to get the width is uncomfortable and not worth the price i paid. Please get wide seat 24"+ in the large recliners. I have been crying since it came. I had to get a loan to pay for this thru your company. Can you please take it back, and pay the return shipping. I am just an old woman that wanted a comfortable chair. What i got is just a waste of the little resources i have. I want a wide comfortable recliner. I weigh 300lbs and need the width of the seat. Why oh why did i have to buy a small recliner to get the width, I thought i could trust that the chair was truly comfortable. Please help me. I want a chair and want to pay for it but not this chair. Can you help me?

If I had viewed it in a showroom I would not have bought it
Available in various sizes
It looks and feels like cheap dull drab inexpensive plastic and does not fit well with other leather chairs we have. The arm covers are totally useless and have been assigned to the side pockets they are far to small. There are no instructions for the heat and vibrate controller, there is vibration sound emitted but little else. the heat is not very effective or warm. The TV and other positions raise the chair this makes it necessary to raise the level of side tables. There is no way to turn the handheld controllers off when not in use. Suggest the cables to be changed to have the transformer under the chair. Maybe my expectations were to high but I question whether there is any leather material in the chair, the head protector cover is a good idea but even it has the feel and look of cheap plastic

I am disabled with several problems. Three back surgeries, MS, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and more spend the most time in a chair.
A little pricey but a great chair for the elderly.
The available different sizes.
Speed of operation.

Doris is unable to respond, but as her son I know she really likes the chair.
Great Sofa
Very comfortable sofa chair. Goes up and down nicely.
The Fabric needs to be upgraded to better material, I don't know if the current fabric will last long.
arun c. from raleigh, nc
Love the chair, but I was thinking the fabric would be lot better than what we got. The motor works great going up and down and the sofa feels great.
Comfortable and efficient
Can position back and feet independently from each other
Have not had it long enough to discover the weakness of the product, however it does have a screachy sound when using power bottons.

Chair is very expensive and it is not very comfortable. ...
Built well
Seat is not very comfortable for someone who has a sore tailbone. The arms of the chair are too narrow and do not support my arms well. I have to use a pillow to support my arms correctly, but the chair arm does not support the pillow so it falls off all the time. The setup from the freight company was not good. They did not make sure all of the controls worked and left a part unplugged so the back did not go forward and back. Family member figured out what was wrong. Final order did not match what the original order said. It said I bought the "White Glove Delivery," but when I complained and asked for a partial refund on the delivery, I was told I never paid for that service. I would not buy another chair from this company.
