small, manuevrable, easy to use
Small turning ratio, easy to assemble and disassemble
ride is bumpy, back of seat is not adjustable

Female living in a condomust use wheelchair for all mobility
Over all pretty good but my previous chair was better when...
The wheels and tires, the seat itself, the foot rest, hopefully the battery (time will tell), the horn is nice.
The arms are too high & not adjustable. The controller mechanism is poorly deigned, the speed gauge is too easily bumped into a different speed than originally set for. The running speed is jerky while moving forward.

Good For Travel, Lightweight Wheelchair
It is small, lightweight, and attractive.
The arms are not long enough and are difficult to adjust without a tool. The arms and seat come off too easily if anyone accidentally pulls on them. The metal basket is located directly under the seat and is extremely difficult to reach. There is no other place to put things. It is not easy to get on It because the foot plate is so wide.

The user is unable to walk unassisted. She has severe nerve damage in her back and feet. She can only walk very short distances with a Walker.

Love the Wheelchair itself but the actual upgraded larger...
Adjustable speeds, foot rest and 90 turning ability.
The upgraded larger seat, the back rest leans back and cannot be adjusted.

57 yrs old. Several lower back surgeries, lost leg mobility slowly over a period of time.
Very easy to learn to operate and well made.
Ease of use, turning abilities
Basket below seat too hard to reach Foot pad ‘drops’ too fast causing injury on back of ankles

It is hard to get through my doors!
It is great for outdoors!
I don't know if is the chair or me!

I love this chair except for I don't like it either because I have a really hard time using it!
Wheels squeak and controller mount is not well designed
No complaints at all with product except squeak
Some quality control concerning the joystick problem

Great first chair!
For what's considered a low-end chair, it's actually very nice. The seat is quite comfortable, the minimal assembly was easy, and it's got quite a bit more "oomph" than the specs actually indicate. I'm pretty pleased with it. I love the purple, too!
Despite being a fairly light model, it's still too heavy for me to handle by myself. If it were any lighter, though, I would be concerned with durability. I would definitely recommend the seat-belt for uneven terrain.

Good product. Easy to operate, manuver.and transport.
Ease of use, it's actually fun to use. Transports easily. Comfortable seat. Sturdy construction.
"Cargo" capacity is limited. There is no way to "lock" the chair to prevent theft while out of the chair. I have limited mobility, but can leave the chair for short distances.

Severe peripheral neuropathy limits ability to walk.
The only thing that I have to watch is the joy stick...
How compact it is to travel with.
The joy-stick. I have a hard time moving it slowly when my hands are shaking.

Age 66 and I have a fused ankle and can not put weight on it at all.
I would recommend it if the changes I made to my chair ...
The chair is comfortable well built and very mobile. It responds well to the controls.
The foot rest is to close to the base, not allowing one to extend the legs in a comfortable position. I extended the foot rest out 4 inches and am now able to place my whole foot on the rest. Now I can use the chair with delight!
