Good product.
Provides mobility because it adjusts to individual's size.
Sometimes the front wheels seem to get into a position where they are a bit harder to get moving.

88 years old, of short stature. Was unable to move herself in her old wheelchair because her feet wouldn't touch the floor.

Cost is the main thing. I thought chairs were more expensive
As of now I can't see a weakness I'll see how it stands up to time

Rear wheel/axle system poorly designed/made
Most components are sturdy & well-made. Comfort, ease-of-use & adjustability are very good. Purchase based on optional configurations.
Rear wheels and possibly axles are poorly designed or made. Wheels do not appear to be truly straight. They appear to 'wobble.' Over time the tires eventually rub against arm support members. Whether camber increases or arm supports drift outward with use I cannot determine. Wheelchair was replaced under warranty because of this problem. Also pneumatic front tires are VERY difficult to fill with a typical air compressor nozzle. Valve stem should be 'bent' for ease of access.

Male, age 89, 171 lbs., 5'10", 42" waist, limited walking ability, not otherwise disabled.
Great value.
The chair is lightweight and rolls smoothly. I like the purple color I ordered too.
None, this is the second one I've bought since I was so pleased with the first one. My first one lasted about 8 years and got used a lot, including numerous plane trips.

I am a 56 year old male with a left Above Knee amputation.
Nice chair that meets needs and expectations.
One arm operation option was the reason we purchased this product. Love the treaded non-pneumatic tires.
Not really a weakness, but it is hard for someone to push with the drive train engaged. It is hard to disengage the drive train. The wheelchair van drivers don't like it.

My mom is an 84 year old woman who is hemiplegic due to a stroke.
Yes, to the right person with the right needs
Good quality for the price
Skirt guards on armrests could be lower to stop thin cushions rubbing wheel. Also a low screw in backrest could be optional

So far, it appears to be good quality and construction
So far, it appears very durable and well made. It has sturdiness to it without making it too heavy when picking up to place in car.
There is a "tightness" in the mobility which makes it a little more difficult to maneuver in close quarters than the previous chair.
