It is wonderful ! we love it and it was just what we needed

Using the pillow has been a great help in removing setting sores from her rear end.

My daughter's body is twisted, so that when se sits on the pillow a great amount of air goes to one side. In this case it would work better if you put air in each side in two compartments, so each side could be adjusted.

After a month of use, it began slowly deflating. I pump it up fully, and in about an hour of sitting on it, it is flat again, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on and triggers leg spasms. Do they make a fix-a-flat (can air with sealant) for inflatable cushions? I hope so!

This is my second Roho Mosaic, the first developed a leak and had to be replaced. This one has been improved over the previous cushion with relocation of the filler valve and removing it to the rear of the cushion making it more comfortable.

I would like to suggest that the cushion be offered with two covers so that it may be continually used when a cover is being laundered. I really do not consider this a weakness.
