62 YEARS OLD FEMALE WITH DEGENERATIVE KNEE REDUCTION UNABLE TO WALK OR STAND BUT FOR A FEW MOMENTS
High quality, very comfortable, easy to use.
Seems even more sturdily built than first recliner I ordered a year and a half ago, definitely more plush upholstery, very quiet operation.
Only weakness is that the footrest and the back don't work independently of one another.

Nearly 60-year-old female with severe arthritis. Cannot sleep in a bed, must sleep in a lift recliner, also needed one for living room, which was my
Very good product
It is a quality, maintenance free and easy to use chair that extends almost almost upright, making it easy to stand without losing balance.
Two weaknesses of the chair are its limited reclining positions and its inability to lean back to the napping position. It would be helpful if the chair's arm rests were wider and if it had more padding in both the arm rests and the back.

GOOD VALUE
FIRM SEATING.GOOD MASSAGE.TOO SOON TO RATE DURABILITY OF CHAIR OR LIFT MECHANISM.
THE WHITE GLOVE SETUP WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY.THEY DAMAGED OTHER FURNITURE BRINGING IT IN,THEY TRIED TO INSTALL THE BACK SUPPORT BACKWARDS,THEY DID NOT CONNECT HEAT AND MASSAGE.

Comforter Series Extra Wide Heavy Duty 3-Position: Review
The strengths of the lift chair are that it is easy to use and helps her regain some of her independence.
The weakness of the chair is probably that the seat of the chair is a little too firm.
