Great product.
The most significant strength of the product is to be able to ajust the amount of air/firmness. It's durable.
It's a little difficult to inflate or deflate for the person in the wheelchair. I have fairly good hand dexterity; but have a problem reaching the pump and pulling the handle out and pushing it in. Someone, with multiple sclerosis or other illness, who has limited hand and arm strenth would have difficulty using the pump. Because you don't have to inflate or deflate regularly, I realize this a minor concern. Also, in your description it says easier to transfer, I couldn't transfer by myself. The cushion is quite high 4". I use handles to help me get the lift I need. Had to be careful not to have the base of the handles wobble.

I am a fifty-seven year old with multiple sclerosis. Confined to a wheelchair for twelve plus hours a day.
It does its job!
Helps cushion my posterior. Lightweight.
Can easily get holes in it that need to be repaired.

IS THE BEST
IT IS EASY TO ADJUST. IS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE WHEELCHAIR COMPANY TRIED TO SELL US A DIFFERENT BRAND AND WE MADE THEM TAKE IT BACK AND WE WENT ON THE INTERNET TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED AND BOUGHT IT OUT RIGHT.
WE HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE.

59 year old male. Parapelegic since 1968. Spinal injury at T-8,9,10.
Valuable skin protection.
This cushion distributes a wheelchair user's weight very well, as confirmed through a pressure map.
Its significant height, cumbersome shape and absolutely necessary cover make it less convenient.

I'm a 30 year wheelchair user. I switched to Roho cushions upon advice of doctors when I suffered ulcers. I'm using the 4 inch cushion recommended.
Top quality item and comfortable.
The transfer of air to the different quadrants in the cushion.
This is my (husband's) second quadtro cushion. The first one - the air valve broke off.

Enables the end user to sit longer periods without the worry of developing a pressure sore.
The outer liner (cover) does rip and show signs of wear after 1 year. This is the 2nd cushion my son has purchased.

I am 92. I have Parkinsons. This cushion has helped these old bones feel better. My skin breakdown is now gone.
Comfortable, easy to use, but watch those sharp objects!
The quadtro feature makes it possible to create a stable seating surface that can be adapted to a variety of seating positions, as well to a patient's physical peculiarities and preferences. The cushion is very comfortable whether you have a medical need for it or not.
Although the Quadtro is very easy to adjust, some users may need a pro to determine the medically ideal level of inflation. The cushion is also very vulnerable to punctures. This would not be a significant issue for a careful user, but an incautious user could experience several punctures a week. We have not had a puncture.
