It s made for a man of my size unlike standard comforters. Massage option is extremely relaxing. I can easily sleep or nap in it.

I love this chair. I am a tall, long-legged woman who had a recliner too low to exit easily. This chair is like it was built just for me. Very easy.
Great chair.
It does everything it is supposed to do.
Should have a pocket on both sides of chair not just one.

THE BEST CHOICE THAT I COULD HAVE MADE
THIS CHAIR HAS A 500LB. WEIGHT LIMIT. IT IS A VERY STURDY CHAIR,MADE TO LAST. SINCE IT IS WIDER ON THE SEAT, THERE IS ROOM FOR MY SASSY(DOG)TO FIT IN RIGHT ASIDE OF ME. ALTHOUGH THE CHART SAYS A MEDIUM WOULD FIT,IT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE WITH A PREVIOUS BRAND THAT I NEED A LONGER FOOT REST. THIS IS PERFECT!!! MY FEET ARE NOT HANGING OUT OVER THE BOTTOM. WHEN I SIT DOWN AND LAY BACK,I TURN THE HEATER ON AND THE MASSAGE.IT IS SO RELAXING AND HELPS TREMENDOUSLY WITH THE PAIN. AM ALSO PLEASED WITH THE SPINAL ALIGNMENT IT PERFORMS ON ONES BACK.IT IS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE GOT.IT MAY SEEM LIKE ALOT OF MONEY,BUT IF ONE HAS MULTIPLE HEALTH PROBLEMS,IT IS AS IMPORTANT ASA SUPPORT ITEM FOR EVERYDAY AND NIGHT. VERY COMFORTABLE.IT IS ALSO MANUFACTURED FROM STURDY HARDWOODS,NOT THIN MATERIALS. WHICH REMINDS ME OF ONE MORE THING. THE UPHOLSTRY. YOU WOULD THINK THE UPHOLSTERY THAT COMES WITH THE PRICE OF THE CHAIR,WOULDN,T BE A GREAT FABRIC. BUT I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WAS A SOFT TOUCH FABRIC AND THEY WERE NOT TELLING A STORY. IT IS SO SOFT AND DOES NOT HAVE THAT OUT-GASSING ODOR,WHICH CAN SET OF A VERY BAD ATTACK FOR ME.IF ANY ONE ASK ME, IWOULD GIVE THEM ONE OF YOUR CATALOGS{HAVE 3 } AND TELL THEM WHAT TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION.THANK YOU FOR A QUALITY PRODUCT
AT FIRST I THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE SEAT WHERE IT MEETS WITHE THE BACK OF THE CHAIR. A MR SHERMAN MEADE, A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND CHECKED IT OUT. ALL OK. THE COUSION ON THE SEAT IS MADE OF A SYURDU BLOCK OF FOAM(REMEMBER THIS CHAIR IS FOR A 500LB PERSON. I AM 298LBS.HE SUGGESTED TO TRY A I 1/2 PIECE OF EGGCRATE FOAM AND PUT IT THERE. MY HUSBAND REMEMBERED ONE IN HIS ROOM. HORRAY!! IT WORKS PERFECT. WHAT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP I GET NOW!!AND I CAN'T FALL OFF OF THIS ONE!!!!

Comforter Series Extra Wide Heavy Duty 3-Position: Review
It is sturdy and comfortable. It does the job as advertised. It is attractive and fits well within our decor, i.e., it doesn't look like a chair for a disabled person. This makes my husband feel as normal as he can under the situation.
The one weakness is the overall lack of variability in lift chairs for bariatric patients. We could have benefited greatly if this or any other chair was a bit roomier and had more options for raising the legs with out lowering the back quite so much. This is not a fault of this chair or Spinlife, just an observation. As the world is getting more and more obese as well as more and more ill, there will be more and more bariatric patients needing more variety.

The chair serves the purpose but I would buy a different...
The chair lifts and reclines as promised and delivery was fast and problem free. The subsequent service call was also prompt and satisfactory.
We have had the hand control replaced (less than 1 month in the home)and the chair is MUCH smaller than anticipated. It is barely big enough for the patient in spite of being sold as an "Extra wide" and "Heavy duty" chair. He really required a much larger chair but is not well yet and was not willing to deal with the fiasco of returning the chair for another.

My 59 y.o. friend experienced outpatient abdominal hernia surgery-gone-wrong and was hospitalized for nearly 3 months. He was virtually bed-bound.
Good chair, heavy duty...
Well built, have another one, has lasted a long time with constant use.. Your customer service was great, she did everything possible to make things work..
The shipping/delivery of the wrong chair, inside delivery was paid for but the delivery refused the first time, finally after three weeks everything worked out..

Excellent chair!
The size and the one we have has been in use for a few years. Customer service was great, finally resolved all problems.....
Your delivery (wrong chair first time, paid for inside delivery also didn't happen first time) and the length of time to recieve the second chair.

The chair is very good. Works great.
Nice looking. It works very well. The fabric is very good.
the chair I picked out is very nice but it is kind of hard to sit back without putting the foot rest up. The top part of the back sticks out farther than the bottom. It pushes my head down and my neck gets stiff.
