Very similar to the original ramp; she loves it!!
STEEL construction, with an eye to ease of use (my wife believes she can load and unload herself!).
Won't tolerate a vicious attack from a fast-moving vehicle behind!

It lets me use my scooter on my own. I can load and unload it by myself. I don't have to lift the scooter in the back of my truck.

It is excellent quality for the price.
The longer ramp makes loading very easy and it is light enough to let down and put up easily. It has made my life much easier.
When folding the lift up against the back of our vehicle, it is difficult to insert and remove the pin because the holes don't exactly line up.

This is better than ramping my scooter up the rear of my van
This model with extended ramp makes it better loading the scooter best value for the money

On disability for bad knee use pride 4 wheel scooter . I can walk but I have pain and like the option of ease of taking this scooter
Simple manual operation
This is easy to use. I was concerned about the weight of the ramp, but I am able to use it by myself. Even my 5 ft. tall wife has no problem getting the ramp down or folding the unit to an upright position.
I see two areas of needed improvement. First, the paint job is not very good. I've had it about 30 days and I've noticed chips in the paint. Second, the end of the ramp would be more accessible if it were tapered. The end of the ramp is the normal thickness of the ramp tubing about 1". This makes it difficult for my jazzy to get over that bump and started up the ramp. I currently have the unit on a 1/2 ton pickup, so this may not be a factor on a lower vehicle such as my mini-van. I will know if that helps once I put a hitch on the mini-van. For now, I built a wooden ramp that overcomes the problem.

56 year old male with Sjogren's syndrome, central nervous system disorder, and pulmonary hypertension. Can't walk very far.
Suits the purpose
Sturdy, fairly light, long enough ramp for loading at fair slope.
Should be locks on the joiners so it stays together without a tie wrap.

Ramp is easy to use & perfect for my scooter.
Easy to use & not too heavy too install.
I think it needs more protective packaging when shipping cause the ramp gets dented and the paint chips. It works on most cars but make sure your hitch receiver is 12" to the bottom of it so that when the ramp is installed it doesn't bottom out.

quality and workmanship
detail; locking holes and pins do not align' too much loose play at receiver leaving excessive pitch and yaw.

It gets you where you want to go , with ease .
Long time use so don't have to recharge if you have the bigger battery.
It doesnt go up a grade well. I have almost fell out of chair on a small bump. It needs to be able to go over a larger bump then it does. need to push it when it hits these grades.also you need to go to the site of the maker to get the specs . it should come with these.
