I find this chair to be very comfortable, even more comfortable than my more expensive lift chair.

Ease of changing my sitting position, the padded arms are plush and comfortable they help with the comfort of the chair...it isn't too deep for me..

There are no weaknesses. Delivery was made on time and was set up for me and put into its place nicely..

Easy to use. My mom is not able to use the controller herself, but it's easy for me to get her up & down. We purchased the blue-very nice color & fabric. Wipes clean after spills. Very comfortable. We like this chair & are happy we purchased it for our mom.

I wish the chair could recline or raise the feet seperately, because mom doesn't always want to lie back when her feet are up. I think the chair seat is a little short, but mom seems comfortable. Maybe it would be hard to get up if the seat were deeper.
