A quality product that even my wife can operate.
It is easy to operate and is made of heavy duty components.
The one weakness I have found is that in bad weather, the chair must be covered to keep from getting wet and muddy. We did receive a nice cover but I avoid going out in rain because of the mess.

Easy to use
Installation was easy. Impressive packaging. One hand operation. I like the built in Battery vs car battery.
Platform too slippery, difficulty driving chair onto platform without wheels slipping resulting in chair lurching to left or right. Had to add anti slip strips over most of surface. Lockdown arm difficult to use with one hand. It would have been nice to have the one hand straps also. A backup beeper or camera option would have been great.

I am glad I purchased it !
Ease of use
That it has to be installed by a professional (added expense) but can see why.

My husband has MS and is in a mobility chair full time. Having the Pride Lift has enabled us to do much more as it is so easy to load and unload
gets us where we need to go with the unit
ease of use for not only the caregiver but the person whom it is for
