It is not as stable as the scout 3 wheel ecv, the battery connection to the ecv is stiff and not as convenient as the way the connection worked on Scout model.  Also the seat is so much heavier but it is sturdier and more comfortable.  The leg room length is shorter than scout model, making it less stable, easier to tip on uneven surfaces or if rider leans one way or the other to reach or bend.  Hard to connect battery or disconnect from unit.

Lightweight, compact, easy-to-use, and portable.

My main complaint is that the slow speed is too fast. I would prefer it to be more of a walk speed, since I shop with other people. I have to hold the control about halfway and if I move it a little, the scooter quickly changes speed. Also the seat is a bit loose and wobbles a little.
