The Zip'r Roo exceeded my expectations and provides me pain...
Size, ease of use, mobility for lifestyle and cost are strengths of this product.
There is a learning curve to maneuvering the Zip'r Roo, and it is heavier than I can dissemble and load into my car trunk on my own.

Fairly portable and user-friendly as far as size and features
Shipping took too long; was damaged; it fell over on driver when he was going up a very slight incline from sidewalk to driveway; pretty heavy

Okay for occasional use
Easy to use, lightweight
The seat back is extremely uncomfortable, it is pitched way too far forward. I had to bend the support bracket to use the scooter. Fix this problem or don't order one.

I think this product is misrepresented. It is not able to go over doorways and I cannot take it apart like I was told. I don't like this product
Exactly as I expected it to be, very convenient
Size, turns well in small areas (turns on a dime, so to say).
Seat comfort, but I expected this. Horn is annoying, beeps if you lean over for something and happen to touch it. I fixed it so it would not work

The Zip'r arrived with a broken light switch fix)
It's lightweight and easily stores in the truck of our car. No part is heavier than 30 + pounds and it can be assembled quickly.
