None yet. I got the 6" leg extensions which puts the bed somewhat high but easy to get into my wheelchair, just don't fall out of bed!! Leg extensions not recommended for older individuals

Firm mattress provides support in all adjusted positions.

Soft sides/edges of firm mattress put elderly at risk of rolling out of bed. Purchased and installed optional bed rails...was horrified to find there were no predrilled holes ready for installation...leaves customer to measure, drill, install...and even if installed as instructed, the bar is not as rigid as it should be.

Easy to move around because of the wheels and easy for my mom to get into and work the controls.

We bought my mom the medium mattress and it is a little on the hard side. We put a egg crate topper to soften it up.
