Well built and stable, good value although it is a bit...
Quality construction and materials, agile and maneuverable with plenty of power.
Limited options for seat customizability, wish it had finer control of torque and speed.

Obese male with limited mobility, a walker, and severe quadrilateral peripheral neuropathy.
Not nearly as comfortable as my previous Jazzy 614HD chair.
It helps me get around.
The seat is uncomfortable. The old model had a bar underneath the armrest to put a bag to hold things. This one has no bar and the only way you can add a bag is to put it over the armrest which is very uncomfortable. I am thinking about just taking the tires off of the new chair and getting new arm rests and using my old chair.

Mobility issues
Loves the freedom with using this new chair.
Runs a long time between charges.
Product is great, but disappointed that it took almost 10 days for a technician to come and assemble the chair after receiving it.

This is a nice chair and you will be happy with it.
It travels in the grass well. Has good speed. Comfortable to sit in.
The control panel is very touchy you have to get used to it. I do NOT like that it does not want to go over small bumps. In our home our bedroom floor is just a little lower than the kitchen floor. It does not want to go up the incline. I do not like that. If there is a way to make it not so sensitive I don't know how. Going up any kind of small slope is a problem. Maybe this is something that can be corrected by the springs I don't know yet.
