steven p. from sacramento, ca
67 year old who weighs 245 pounds. Back surgeries have made it difficult to walk.
Not what it used to be.
Tires, batteries, Color, and Weight load.
It has lost it's zip, compared to my older one. The time delay between when I move the lever, and the scooter moves is huge, also is slower, and not as strong climbing hills and bumps. I am very, very unhappy with the changes over the last 3 yrs.
chris d. from gainesville, tx
59 year old male, very overweight, bad heart, back, and legs. I bought this same scooter from you 3 years ago, love it very much.
Backing up is way too slow.
It is easy to ride.
Backing up speed is way to slow, sometimes it is a problem.

This is a replacement for the same model that was old.
Ease of use, reliable, good price
This is a replacement of the same model. This one is weaker, slow to respond and has occasional jerks while operating. Not happy.
al j. from round rock, tx
64 years old, arthritis, overweight
Very good scooter for the money
Fairly dependable.
Once the original battery goes bad it is difficult to keep replacement battery running
phil d. from phoenix, az
Male, 70, ambulatory disability.
It is a good scooter for the cost.
Ease of use. can go all around my yard, which has a steep slope to get around to another garden that I have.
You can't get the front to go forward, like my old scooter.
virginia c. from haddam, ct
I have found it very useful, the only thing I was disappointed with was that front doesn't go forward, like my original one did.
Works well for the reasons we use it
Ease of use
Have yet to lock the front wheel for transport in our van. Locking lever is hard to get at and does not seem to work, no matter what we try. Disappointed
jon h. from rochester, mn (caregiver)
Wife has some mobility, but very limited walking distance. Uses when ever she leaves the apartment.
Fine product
Appearance and reliability
Off product charge requirements and battery power indicator light is too bright at night and is blinding at times
frank r. from danbury, ct
A 74 year old polio survivor with two full leg braces who requires a cane, walker and wheelchair.
Very large, hard to maneuver in house..seat too high
Very large ...made for tall person...would be good for outside...very sturdy and durable....like charger on tiller...very convenient and easy to access
Do not like air filled tires...too large for home
joanne m. from shelton, ct
5'3", 62 year old female with multiple sclerosis, non ambulatory
Good if you can walk a few steps, not a few blocks
Ease of use inside and outside
Uncertain about reliability, i.e. when will battery fail, will controls stop in light mist (what do I do then?)
charles a. from oakland, ca
48 age, progressive MS, can't walk 4 blocks.
Not great, but okay
Goes fast
Once unsnapped (as was upon delivery), the leather seat can not be snapped back in place
