This product is able to help my husband get out of the house, using his electric wheelchair. This is a very strong carrier.
There are no weaknesses at all.

It's a quality unit that is strong enough for a large scooter.
It does require two people to mount on the receiver hitch. It is only 70 pounds but bulky.

Built very good. Wheelchair fits nice on ramp.
Two person operation because of my disability. Need help from my wife to load/unload. We need to push a little to get the wheelchair up the ramp. The spring for ramp sticks and hard to pull out. With ramp up, top part sticks out past vehicle. Unsure if this will efeect gas milage. We are going on vacation mid August I'll have a better idea then. I'm not questiong the weight, just drag factor of air flow. It is not an easy operation to take on/off vehicle.

Good overall
I like the one I got that folds up when not in use. I am very short and small and I have no problem handling the weight of this product.
What is needed badly is side rails on the ramp. The first time I tried to put the electric wheel chair on it, I drove it off the rammp. It also needs some type of tie downs. I think I have read all of my complaints on the website. It seems to be alot of the same complaints, but reguardless of my complaints, I still love it.
