easy to install and use
Rugged construction
The platform could and should be made lighter without sacrificing utility.

Used to transport both a mini scooter or lightweight power chair on wife's car.
Works as expected
Easy to use; works well on a car; did have to put stiffer springs & heavy duty struts on rear of car.
Product arrive bent on a corner of the lift platform. Sticker covering manual lift controls is about to come off. Suggest using rubber plugs or something better than a sticker.

I still have to fold the lift down and up again manually. If I had realized this I would have bought one that was completely automatic. You may consider making this clearer on your website.
