I am an elderly amputee and am in my power chair about 16 hours per day; and I am sometimes rough on both the chair and the cushion.
Does help sores - have to handle with care.
It does work for pressure sores. And even looks cool.
Very gentle, hadnt has a cushion like that which didn;t puncture. You must cover it- it will easily get caught in the wheels and get punctured.
