chair works great at helping my husband stand and gives him...
ease of use and lifting ability
seat is not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. We are currently looking for some sort of cushion

husband has difficulty standing (bad knees and a bad back)
Great chair, easy to put together and comfortable
The ease of putting this chair together makes it easy for us to move if needed. The wipeable surface, the lift and the color were great additions to our new IV Therapy and Sleep Lab Room.
Have not run across any weaknesses at this time.

Good chair that provides what we need.
This chair seems to be built with better quality wood than our first chair.
The upolstery at the foot keeps buldging out of place.

My wife uses this chair. She is in her fifties and has some trouble walking. She needs to raise her feet to help her circulation.
It does the job I expected it to do.

The head and armrest covers should be attached by some sort of Velcro arrangement.

excellent product for bariatric/disabled customers/needs...
easy to use remote control, has built-in massage and heat, nice remote control, great for bariatric and/or disabled customers
a chair button already broke off in the first month of use causing the heat pack to penetrate into back, now it hurts back. the remote is attached to chair in the wrong place, if it falls, it can't always be reached!!! my feet hang off the end, need to be able to customize the feet height. back could be more comfortable. the heat/massage needs to stay on longer than 15 minutes (30 minutes would be better, or a timer)
