Sizes could list the dimensions. I as a buyer only had weight to go by and I would have liked to have hip size.

Mom is an Alzheimer patient and needs assistance getting in and out of bed.
For my son the design of the u-sling is great.
The material is very durable, the construction is designed to accomadate the patient's needs comfortably. I believe it will hold up for a long time.
I have not experienced any at this time.
