The only weakness was the lack of washers for the unit and had to wait an extra couple days for the mfg to send them to me to put the chair together correctly.

Totally incapacitated due to neuropathy.

It fits into a standard bathtub as well as a shower. It is solid, sturdy and will hold the person's weight as advertised. I doubt there is a better product of its type on the market.

It takes a bit of mechanical ability to put it together but I made it on the first try.
