did not come with armrest covers !!!!!

I was told that armrest would have covers like the headrest. Did not get them. $1400 for a chair & no armrest covers?? I am enjoying the duel settings
This is the second purchase of this chair
I bought this same chair 3 years ago and have used that chair daily for more than 3 years. Great lift mechanism, quiet and looks great.
Why would a chair with 375 weight capacity only have a 22 inch wide seat? There are some people who don't weigh anything near 375 however still have issues, swelling, etc that would cause them to need more room. There are no chairs available with wide seats and zero gravity without spending close to $3,000. Be the first company to offer an affordable product to fill this need. Also feel the chair is over-stuffed. Very bulky and not yet real comfortable.

57 year old female with severe lymph edema in legs and back problems.
Features great but frame and chair assembly poorly made.
Zero gravity Trendelenburg position is extremely beneficial. Programmable settings for positions nice feature.
Extremely poor quality construction. Arm assembly attached to metal base frame with only 4 lags screws. Chair broke after two months of use.

Customer in a power wheelchair and transfers into the lift recliner.
Like it comfortable
Likes the length and comfort. Not quite sure about the zero gravity.
Buttons need to be easier and larger for elderly. Length of time to receive and delivery people were not impressive at all.

My wife seems to be very satisfied with the chair.
The multi-position controls are great. It's ability to lift her out of the chair works perfectly.
I was expecting the seat to be wider, I don't see how a 350 pound person could be comfortable in it. Fortunately, my wife is much lighter than that and fits okay. I was expecting the fabric to be a little more plush as well. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get fabric samples before ordering the chair. I expect there are fabrics available that we would have liked better.

My husband uses the lift chair to help to circulate the blood in his legs since his massive stroke.
Can control it more like I want to.
Can continue "office" work while in "laid back" position.
Programming instructions are weak.

A very sturdy chair
Well-made, works very smooth, love the duel motors for complete control to any position that fits the individuals comfort. I have done business with Spinlife before, absolutely satisfied with there service
No arm covers, manual lacks detailed instructions, the waterfall back pillows are adjustable, but not mentioned in the manual, Also lacks instructions on the controller, could be better explained

Excellent positioning
Comfortable, quiet, reliable.
Remote needs to be clipped to arm rest in at least two movable places. Storage space needs to be available under arm rests. I tried to get chair covering to no avail. My individual need is for movable arm rests for arthritis positioning.
