I would like to be able to adjust the angle of the head rest. Sometimes need a small pillow behind my neck for support.

Lift and recline work great and feel very capable. Paid for a premium cover and feel it was worth it. Lot of room for me and the dog

Transformer for the chair quit working after a couple of weeks. Took Spinlife a week to get me a replacement under warranty

Well made, solid, I like the color and material. It is a firm cushion that is probably better for back. Looks like a traditional chair and the height to stand from is perfect (do not use the lift)

Feels a bit high in the chair as opposed to sinking Into the chair. But expect this is true of all of the chairs that are lift.
