I wanted a chair I could sit up in as well as raise my feet...
It is very well-cushioned so is comfortable to sit in.
The heat in the back does not work and the heat in the seat is so hot on low that it burns my legs. The heat feature was a major part of me ordering this chair. I am not very happy as I use the heat a lot for extreme kidney stone pain.

Have RA, Gout and no cartridge in either knee.
Not happy with button popping when moving in chair;...
Very quiet.
One of the buttons makes a loud pop when you move in chair. This was like this when it arrived. Very annoying and poor workmanship! Also, the hand control has no way of shutting of lights.

I'm a small-framed female, age 66, with a neurological progressive disability, HSP. It is a cousin to ALS; the lower extremeties, from waist down.
Not for a person with my symptoms of MS. So soft.
Powerful motors. Reliability.
Too soft. I wasn't able to push myself up and out. Quite expensive.

Chair too deep for a petite person
Not provided
With 3 position, I expected to be able to raise just my feet with the back still in upright position. Because the chair was too deep, it was returned.

My wife is 5 feet tall so we need a small chair. We ordered the LC-358P because the seat depth is advertised as 18 inches. After a conversation with the person I ordered the chair from, he agreed to request the seat depth to be 17 inches if possible. This request was written on the order form. The chair we received did not have the seat depth of 17 inches as requested, or the seat depth 18 inches as advertised. The seat depth is just over 20 inches. When my wife sits in the chair, her feet are off the floor. She has to use the lift feature to tilt the chair forward for her feet to touch the floor. This is not comfortable at all for her. But because I ordered the chair over the internet, my only recourse is to return the chair to you at a substantial cost, not to mention my difficulty in repackaging it. So we will keep the chair for now while still look elsewhere for a small chair. This has been a very disappointing experience. Your advertising talks about customer comfort and satisfaction but we did not get either one. We will eventually try to sell the chair to recoup some of our money.

My wife is 74 years old (as am I) and has rheumatoid arthritis in her knees. She walks with a cane but for only a short distance because of the pain.
Seat not padded enough. Too hard after a couple of hours...
Mechanical operation of movement
Padding of the seat is lacking, especially for older people.

Doesn't work for me
None
You changed the design of the hand control, eliminating the toggle. I cannot manipulate the new hand control. When I brought this up to SpinLife's attention, you showed absolutely no interest in helping solve the problem. I CANNOT USE THIS CHAIR AS IS, and now have to find another solution.

58 yrs old, MS patient, no use of legs or left hand, limited mobility in right hand
No support in leg rest between feet and the seat.
Nice size, soft fabric.
HORRIBLE support between leg rest and seat of chair. All you feel is the wooden edge of foot/leg rest on your calves and your knees sink into the non-supported area between the rest and the chair's seat itself!
