No good on positions. Remote has your footrest up and back too far so you can't watch t.v. No separate ability like Golden to move headrest also to move footrest independently.

GOOD CHAIR ASS FITS WELL

Ease of use, and also like the fabric for the chair, a lot better texture then the one we bought 11 years ago.

I wish they had a way to attach the head rest and arm covers without having to use safety pins. I would give it a 5 for features if they attached to the chair.

Chair is built strong for heavy people. The seat is wide allowing room for cooling air and room to sleep all night long. I use two side pillows under each arm to support shoulders as the seat is wider than my rear.

I haven't run into a weakness in this chair yet.
