The item is wonderful
The product is great
The delivery was awful. Spinlife sent two transporters to put together a technical product. They stayed for 5 hours and did not install correctly. Two weeks later two more transporters came and were able to fix. Send people who know the product. We have ordered a lot of stuff from spinlife and this order will likely be our last.

Age 70 with parkinsons
easy to assemble and to use
Our specific case demanded an all electric bed, since the use of limbs at times make it difficult to use hand operated equipment (spasticity/tremors,)ability to sit straight up
no weaknesses per se. We need to make use of storebought hooks in order to not get the wires caught in- or during the use of a Hoyer lift which' legs go underneath the frame. Other than that, a great product at a reasonable price. Timely/courteous delivery.

Good, but put 4 locking wheels on bed.
Easy to use and set up. Very sturdily built.
Needs 4 locking wheels.

94 year old, does not walk
everything we had required was met
range of operation and ease of use. White glove delivery and set up was well worth the price.
Looks very clinical for home use. We are trying to find linen items to disguise its hospital equipment appearance.

35 year old male w/ MD had difficulties getting up out of bed or being comfortable while sleeping.
Good value for the price.

I suffer from GERD and trying to elevate a queen sized bed was difficult and unsightly. With this bed I can elevate my upper body to whatever level.
Full-Electric Homecare Bed: Review
The ability to allow the user to be more comfortable in any position
Some area of installation. The alignment of the motor drive shaft and also the installation of the shaft between the to gear boxes. It was easier to slide the inner shaft down the outer shaft, after releasing the spring button, then connecting the two gear boxes. Then pull the inner shaft back to allow the spring button to pop into its hole. The instructions have the two shafts fully connected before attaching to the two gear boxes. This I found impossible to do.

Laydown room in health center
should have got it sooner
The practability of the electric adjustments to serve the patient better. The bed does not look out of place in our home.
A softer Mattress should be available, also linnens to fit. i had to find another Co. for those products.
