very good insulation on the pad. very comfortable. i like the cover because it is removable. i really like the rigidsizer adds a lot of support, raising you higher in the chair. makes back pain less.

what i find is the waterproof aspect of the cover is uncomfortable, you tend to sweat on your under side of your thighs do to the backing on the cover. takes place when you have shorts on. need to be a wicking type cover to disipate your sweat. it tends to make me itch. i put a small towel over the seat to compensate.
