Good for anyone who transfer themselves.
The cushion is easy to transfer on and off. I had the gel overfilled because my butt is very bony. Since using this cushion, I have had no pressure sores.
The gel seperates and I have to keep re-adjusting the gel.

When I sat in it I could fell the suport it gave me. For once my back stopped hurting. The cushion didn't move around when I got into my chair from my bed. unlike my old one.
When I ordered it I ordered it backword, I ordered the length and the depth and vis versa. Sence the cushion was so thick I couldn't transfer from the toilet back into my chair. so i had to use my old cushion.

only choice I have, so I guess product is good
no pressure sores
I can not slide easily to transfer, but that just means "incapatability" for a particular user

Excelent product
I got this very same cushion almost 4yrs ago and I have never hd a pressure sore.
It sucks when the valcro wears out!!!!! Then the cushion moves when you transfer.

needs to be properly fitted
Like the gel section when placed properly. Can move with ease and still be supported. Gel section absorbs many bumps in the travel path
Hard foam cushion needs to be in the correct spot or it can actually cause pressure and numbness issues. Would have preferred more gel section than hard cushion section.

Fits will in wheelchair, appears to have good gel support where needed
Would like if it were moe of a wedge style that would allow the person to sit back more and still have adequate gel to protect the seat.

Good cushion
The coccyz area is cushioned and soft.
Where the gel ends it is very hard and I see redness on her posterior.

Brother, stroke victim.
You need to mold gel each time you get off.
It's a comfortable cushion.
I wish it had more gel.
