Quadtro Select Low Profile: Review
The best at preventing sores at least in my case.
Eventually holes will develop in the rubber usually in the creases.

We had this product custom installed below the cover in the electric wheelchair to prevent the user from slipping or knocking it off. It works well b
Hard to adjust to proper comfort level.
It certainly is a quaility product. It is easy to operate.
The manual goes indepth on how to fill the cousion in normal conditions.

Cushion helps guard against pressure sores, but does not...
It is lightweight and tends to relieve pressure areas. Whether it is better or worse than other products (e.g., gel cushions) is questionable.
Product is subject to punctures. Finding best inflation for minimizing pressure can be tricky. Product is also rather expensive.

Great cushion for all day wheelchair use.. tough transfer
Air ride is a great way to go...air suspention is what the world is riding on..Nice for that limo chushy tushy ride!!
The quatro air cushion is tough to transfer into, but nice once you have worked your way onto the pad.. not every day does your body have the strength to pull yourself on to the cushion..you'll need a basic pad for the days your weak.. Not an everyday wheelchair cushion if you're independent....
