Hinders development of sores.
Too fragile...holes are the Achilles heel of this product. I've had Rohos for years, I double cover and clean frequently and it doesn't seem to matter.

It is portable so you can take it with you if going out somewhere
For some reason it loses some air and needs to be pumped up now and then

The last Roho I bought in July 2010 got 2 air leaks in just over 2 years. One in 11 months the other just a month over 2 years out of warranty
