this mesh sling lifts and transports the patient safely...
This mesh sling is lightweight enough that the patient can stay seated on the sling all day in the wheelchair without any bunching or discomfort. This then allows the patient to be easily go to the Hoyer lift and be put back to bed without having to place the sling under the patient again.
The instruction book should include ways to remove the patient from the sling in the wheelchair if that is what they wish to do. Or, ways to fold the straps in the wheelchair so they do not bunch up around the patient during the day. We devised a way to lift the arms of the wheelchair, drop the straps, and pull them around to the back of the chair and clip them together. The patient and/or caregiver should not be left to figure out how to do this. It should be included in the instruction manual.

Excellent product
Comfort and security. The sling feature without the use of "bars" is terrific.
Material is a little coarse on the skin. Next time we order we will be looking for a cotton product rather than mesh.

must better support when moved and seated.
The one pieve is great for carol she likes the support, sits on a 4 inch roho great combination. Much better transfer than slit pieces, a little more work for me but great comfort and support.
Makes her legs a little itchie. using a pillow case to smooth the fee.

Wife MS can't walk, like the single sling, want a pillow case under thighs.
Great product. Seems to have thought of everything.
This product is stable and very easy to use. Fast delivery. Easy assembly. Pretty basic.
So far we haven't found any weaknesses.

We got this because my 84 year old mother moved in with us and we weren't certain that one person, by themself, could get her up off of the floor.
Would recommend this.
Washable. Easy to roll up under a person on a bed to either insert or remove.
There is quite a bit of length on the head end. We have to be careful that there is enough at the leg end to not create pressure on her legs that have nerve neuropothy.

My 94 year old Mother needs to be transported by Hoyer Lift because of her fragile bones. The mesh sling has worked out well for us.
