This electric lift is a must have for anyone who can afford it. It is worth it's weight in gold. My back, arms, and chest muscles are so much more relaxed not having to pump the hand lift- guess how much to release the valve - and run around to the back of the recliner to straighten up my mom as she goes into the chair. My 88 year old Mom is full lift/ non weight bearing on both legs.

It has a very large battery capacity. Four lifts per day didn't move the battery gauge below full. We always recharge at the end of the day to maximize the total battery life.

Larger diameter wheels would be more helpful on carpet.

This hoyer is so easy to use. We move it all over the house and it is a smooth lift. My Husband feel secure and so do I.

The biggest problem is if you are using it on carpet. It is alittle harder to get around.
