This scooter is a bit heavy for me to carry on my own, I have also had some difficulty getting the seat to lock in place. Otherwise good.

I like the speed of it the lasting of the battery the only problem is the panel in the front that you put your feet on breaks easy on the two screws
It works for when I travel.
Easy break down and light parts for lifting into car.
I would like a sharper turning radius.

I am 75 years young and have a 100% disability rating, this Phoenix HD 4 is a god send.
Regained ability to go out more frequently with this...
Fits in trunk of car when disassembled. Easy to operate and maneuvers well. Ran all day on a charge with power left over.
Leg room feels quite cramped and I am only 5'3". Tried a 3-wheel version before buying and that seemed roomier. Still a little heavy for me to stow, but husband and daughter are both able to do it.

Limited ability to walk and stand.
Overall it is ok.
Has only 1 battery, but don't know how long the charge lasts.
Wheelbase too narrow and is unstable going over curbs. Tires are too small going through grass.
