Well built.
The ability to control the top and feet independently is a definite strength. The padding on the arms extends to the rear of the arms and is a huge improvement over my previous chair. The motors are powerful and very quiet. The foot extension is perfect for my 6’3” height. I also really like the fabric upgrade that I ordered.
The seat would be more comfortable if it were deeper. The added width is perfect for me, but the depth is too short. I am taller than the recommended height, but there are limited options for my weight. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Make sure the chairs dimensions
I feel it has strengthened my back. I don't need the lift as much as I thought.
The fabric, the imitation leather, it is soft and lovely. Some of the upolstry was not as tight in some areas. Also, it does not breath like real leather and I perspire at my back & neck! I do not perspire! I look like I am a giant sitting in Goldilocks chair.

Great Sofa
Very comfortable sofa chair. Goes up and down nicely.
The Fabric needs to be upgraded to better material, I don't know if the current fabric will last long.

Love the chair, but I was thinking the fabric would be lot better than what we got. The motor works great going up and down and the sofa feels great.
A well-made attractive chair
Quality and sized to the user
My wife has found the seat a little too hard. Would prefer a little softer padding in this section.

The reliability of product and service keeps me coming back.
Sturdy construction and a reliable repair service to keep using this chair.
Not really a weakness but a reality that anything with moving parts needs service.

Sturdy and well padded.
The remote got stuck 2 times already with the patient in the reclining position. I had to keep pressing the buttons for a while to get it to work again.
