Sturdy chair but too stuffed
Sturdy and the footrest and back work as described.
The bottom section of the backrest has too much stuffing. My husband was not able to sit in the chair comfortably as the cushion pressed too hard on his back.

Bought for my husband. Needed an extra wide, 500 lb max chair as he has lymphedema and both knees are bone on bone.

I am handicapped and need the lift to stand to grab my walker. Standing is difficult for me I had three spinal surgeries beginning 11 years ago.
Chair very good as expected but ZG and Sleep useless to me...
Excellent body support. Easy to use although the hand control should be set up differently.
Hand control. Both the ZG and the Sleep should be the smaller buttons as they are used less frequently. Up and down buttons for chair and back should be larger buttons.

88 yrs old Use walker for mobility Use chair for sitting and sleeping
This is my second chair from you. The fabric was great but...
Easy operation, very comfortable and supportive, properly proportioned for my size.
Extremely disappointed in the fabric. My last chair had a much stronger fabric. I think I will need reupholstered on this one before a year is over. For the price I paid, I am hoping the fabric will surprise me but it is very thin!

74 year old female, 5’2”, 240 pounds. Uses Walker or wheelchair for mobility and Spends about 6 hours in chair daily.
Works beautifully and has more options than the previous...
Ability of the user to get into unlimited positions.
The only thing I would say is that the finishing work could look better. This is just an appearance thing, but the staples in the back area make the unit look cheap. Perhaps consider replacing with upholstery tabs or something that just looks better.

Female, 71 years old, with post polio. Unable to get out of regular seating.
works well as a lift chair and as a place to sleep with...
mechanism works well for adjustments
As a short person, the pillow feature at the top of the back pushes my head forward uncomfortably.

Having double knee replacement surgery so need it as a lift chair
very well constructed, happy I purchased the tall version,...
the zero gravity is the best strength in this chair, allows for higher leg lift without tipping head back while watching tv.
not 100% happy with the NEW fabric, the chocolate color is great, but the fabric is rough to the touch, not soft and it snags easily.

leg elevation and lift assistance.
It’s a very nice chair, but you pay for the quality.
I have the tall version with the extended foot rest that is advertised as suitable for someone up to 6’8” tall. I’m skeptical of that claim because it fits me perfectly and I’m only 6’4”.
The main thing I don’t like is the battery back up. If/when I use it, I will have to forgo the use of the chair until I can get someone to come over and change out the batteries. All these chairs should have Lithium battery back up so they can recharge when power is restored. The chair I gave up when I bought this one had the Lithium back up, power headrest and lumbar support. The only problem was it was supposed to be for someone up to 6’4” tall, but my feet and lower legs hung over the footrest by at least 12”. I would be happy to pay for a Lithium battery back up if I could figure out who to talk to.

75 year old disabled veteran. Back, shoulder, and two bad knees, 50% use of left arm.
One of the best recliners ever.
It is extremely comfortable. It has so many positions available that anyone can find their perfect position.
I am a tall women with wide hips. I had hoped that it had as much seat width as my older Spinlife chair.
