The chair is good. The addons, caneholder, divided...
It works very well and the vertical movement is a fantastic addition, both at home and at work.
I don't like the wobbly left/right action the new lift causes. It needs to be steadier, straight on. The cupholder will need a hole drilled but seems ok. Everything else sticks out too far and needs adjustment or removal. The worst thing was the delivery. The chair was incredibly slow coming. I had tried to buy it from my regular dealer in January. When your guy arrived (with his son to assist) he was not a white glove person. His behavior was some of the rudest, tense, and unhelpful I have ever seen. His constant verbal abusiveness to his son, a whipped puppy was intolerable. But worst of all, he was incompetent and didn't know how to use his tools. Nothing was installed well. I now will have to hire someone to redo everything he did. I would never have let him if I'd known what to expect.

Works for me!!
Slimmer than the Air 1, which I had for 5 years. Otherwise quite similar.
I miss the extra inch or 2 when up to full rise.

Good design
versatility
Somewhat jerky in the steering and maneuverability.

I’m paralyzed from the waist down.
Easy to maneuver and simple controls.
No need to make wide "arcs" or back up to make turns. Comfortable seat. Easy hand access to controls. Chair elevates to help user get up from chair without much effort.
Combined heavyweight of chair + weight of user, puts heavy stress on household floors.
