The seat was too firm for me. I returned the chair.

2.8 / 5
Strengths:

I loved the heat and massage. Also the zero gravity position. It was the only position I was comfortable in.

Weaknesses:

The seat was so firm it made my tailbone hurt if I sat in the chair for any length of time (more than 5 minutes). The only comfortable position was the zero gravity position, but that position was so reclined I was unable to read or use my laptop.

Reviewer:
User Details:

I am a 59-year-old woman who is in a wheelchair full time due to multiple sclerosis. At this point, I can still transfer from one chair to another.

Construction feels weak

2.8 / 5
Strengths:

Not sure at this time, lifting mech is standard O E M proven parts, The flip out at the bottom for taller people is great for comfort.

Weaknesses:

Lift part is standard O E M product, the chair itself, construction, has me wondering.

Reviewer:
User Details:

Paid what I consider plenty of money for a lift chair, this my 3rd lifter, and my first new lifter in 30 yrs.

Uncomfortable for sleeping

3.3 / 5
Strengths:

Two independent motors, rising seat, zero gravity, horizontal & Trendelenburg positions available! Feet support and back of the recliner move independently from each other.

Weaknesses:

No good if you intend to sleep in it. The arms are too narrow, and they disappear and are too short when the relaxer goes to a horizongal position. Also needs more stuffing.

Reviewer:
User Details:

Intended to replace a manual, extremely comfortable recliner used as a sleeper by and order, 78 years male.
