Extremely pleased with my Whill Ci.
Maneuverability, compact size, ease of assembly, and looks. My granddaughter says it looks like something from Star Wars!
Tie downs are somewhat difficult to access. Spare battery price is expensive.

I love this chair. Adjustability, precision, price.
Quality and innovation. The bluetooth navigation w/ cellphone is amazing. Adjustable for comfort for many body types.
No weaknesses - bought a better seat cushion but every user is a little different

This model Ci chair is an engineering marvel. It's only...
Maneuverability, ease of control, selectable speed limits, assembly/disassembly ease (w/practice) and trustworthy construction.
Other than the somewhat restrictive hand access into the storage basket (minor problem) I fail to recognize such.

My wife of 84 yrs. of age has Parkinsons disease and is unable to walk on her own.
Love the chair.
Light enough to go in the back of my minivan without a ramp and provides my wife with complete freedom to roam the stores on her own.
Could do with some extras such as small led headlights and a built in digital clock. The range is also inferior to other mobility devices.

The model Ci unit is very easy to use and has a long lasting battery and very comfortable seat.
I haven’t found any weaknesses so far, I have had it for about 2 months.

I have COPD and I have problems walking any distances.
The Whill Ci is amazing and allowed me to go where my other...
I just returned from traveling in old town Stockholm, where I rode on cobblestone streets, through gravel, on and off curbs, and onto boat ramps, subways and buses with ease! No other portable chair this light weight has been as sturdy. Plus the chair will tell you when a grade is to steep. I affectionately call the voice Wilma.
I'm still trying to think of some. This chair is just too amazing. Even the airlines treated the chair with care!

Well made, easy to take apart and load. It does get around...
Does well inside and just as well outside, it sure does beat limping along with cane! The range is plenty for me. And the range of speed is great, while the seat is comfortable to sit in. A good looking product!
The back tires could be a little wider for some situations outside.

66 year old user who cannot walk far without being in pain. I have to rest often, which makes my world very small.
Backing up took some getting used to.
Comfortable seat, long life of the battery charge, ease of putting feet on rest, and folding up when standing.
If using indoors, the front “tires”, flexible rubber bands, sometimes leave rubber tracks on hardwood floors.

Best I have ever had!
Everything about this chair is awesome.
