The spoked drive ring is a definite negative.
Better ride.
The drive ring is spoked as opposed to all one piece which is easier to grab. The spokes are like grabbing a bicycle wheel to start or stop with (inconvenient). Other than that, it is okay.

I am a amputee and only have one leg due to a flesh eating bacteria.
Reliable, light weight wheelchair
Ability to customize features that you need. This chair is extremely sturdy and holds up over time.
Wish they could improve leg rests to be more comfortable.

Comfortable, wide color selection. 10 degree tilted back.
Heavier than the Patriot (which was discontinued). Leg rests much too heavy.

She is my wife, age 80, suffering from Alzheimers. We used for a few days while I was in Miami; it worked perfect. It is lightweight.
I received a very good product for the price.
I especially like the brake system. It is must better than the old 9000XT we have.
I would have liked an option for a wider and longer seat.
